We love to work with other small businesses. If you need an order minimum changed, we’re happy to discuss your situation.

Processing time may vary by product. We typically ship orders within 3 - 5 days of payment being received. Sometimes, this can vary and we’ll let you know right away if the expected processing time will differ from our norm. We welcome orders that have a tight timeline and are happy to discuss a plan with you directly.
For category quantities of 100 or more items, please contact us directly for a more accurate processing time.

MSRP is provided on each listing. Typically, we strive for the wholesale price to be 50% of MSRP.

Full payment is due at time of order for first time orders. We’re a small, handmade business and most of our products are made to order. Net 30 is an option for subsequent orders. (This option applies to invoiced orders only).

We offer tracked shipping within Canada based on order total.

We offer free pick-up at our location in Auburn, NS.

We offer delivery within the Annapolis Valley. The delivery fee is $5-$10. Contact us for delivery options to the HRM or elsewhere in Nova Scotia.

We have currently paused shipping of orders to the US.

Returns are not accepted due to the small batch nature of our products. However, we will work with you to quickly resolve any issues with your order - eg., if the product you ordered arrives damaged. Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you spot a problem with your order.

All of the products in our Wholesale Shop are handmade in small batches by Owner + Maker, Melanie Sampson. Mel works from a home studio in Auburn, NS.

We try to minimize our environmental impact at every corner of our small business. You can expect to receive your order in sturdy, but reused packaging. We aim to be plastic free in all shipping packaging and we reuse recycled/ recyclable materials wherever possible. All sleeves we use are recyclable/ reusable. We make our products using high-quality materials that are most often recycled, recyclable, reusable, and archival quality. We handmake in small batches to avoid waste.

Greeting Cards come in a clear, protective card sleeve. We’re happy to not include a sleeve if your shop is set-up for cute, naked cards! We will always ship our art print cards in sleeves to protect the photo paper print. The sleeve is recyclable and reusable.

Art prints come in an archival, protective, clear sleeve with a light backing piece. You can request a hang tag be attached to individual print sleeves when you order. The sleeve is recyclable and reusable.

Bookmarks are available with or without a sleeve - it’s your choice when you order. We’ve heard that many of our retail customers leave the sleeve on long after purchase.

Stickers are shipped without individual packaging. Please send us a note if you require retail packaging, such as a hang tag, for stickers. We’re also happy to print a custom piece of signage for our stickers to display in your shop. Let’s chat about it!

Gift tags are shipped without individual packaging. The attached ribbons/ cording make them easy to hang for display.
